How Did It All Start?
At the heart of Tinycottons, there is a family. Barbara Bruno and Gerard Lazcano, together with their three daughters, Cruz, Cata, Vini and their son Greg, have shaped the development of the family-friendly brand of everyday clothing for parents and children. Barb, the Executive/Artistic Director and co-founder of #Tinycottons, has always been dedicated to fashion. After several years working in the Adidas group as a designer, she decided it was time to create a brand of her own. Her husband, a former psychiatrist, has devoted all of his time to help support this dream.
Tinycottons originally started as a children’s brand, born in 2013 at a trade show in Paris. At first, the clothes were only for little ones up to 24 months, a reduced collection of 30 items. Each year it grew gradually, expanded and now has nearly 500 items per season. Tinycottons is now sold in over 40 countries worldwide. The brand has their own shops in Barcelona, Madrid, Beijing and Shanghai. In 2018 they launched their women’s range, The Tiny Big Sister, which is available in several retail stores worldwide (including DLK!). We’ve carefully curated selections from The Tiny Big Sister, currently on sale, with pieces up to 50% off.

And finally, 2022 was the year Barb and Gerard launched their new project, We Are Gommu, a range of handmade, biodegradable, and sustainable toys. They are even sharing this project with their older daughters, which makes us so happy! We love that they are passing on their knowledge and experience to their girls so they can meet their own challenges and be involved in the family business (just like Maya and Senna!).

Tinycottons’ newest drop has all the layers and transitional pieces you need to elevate your kid’s wardrobe this Fall Winter Season.
