About Tinycottons
Born in December 2012 — Tinycottons is a family company. Barb Bruno, former designer at Adidas, and husband, Gerard Lazcano decided they wanted to create a brand of their own. They built a brand with great quality products mainly made in Europe and treat that brand as an adult brand. Stylish, but bold. With a strong image and story behind every collection that lets kids get involved with, learn something, or just love a piece that they will remember forever.
As for inspiration, being based in Barcelona makes everything easier. The city is so cosmopolitan, full of culture, art, green spaces, parks, and companies of all sizes that empower them to make it better every day. They try to embrace their inner child throughout the creative process. With their own bold and not so serious attitude. Every season they tell a new story. Conveying messages and values in their printed material. Messages in words that children can understand or that adults can explain. Focusing on things like friendship, love, companionship, kindness, nature, taking care of our planet, etc.

The major inspiration behind the SS24 collection was the life and work of Elvis Presley. Fascinated by his great talent and the story of his success, Tinycottons dived into the 60s to rediscover the early world of rock and roll. They took its aesthetics as the base of their SS24 designs.
Each piece in DLK’s curated SS24 collection has been selected with much thought and care. For example, the Star Pant, adorned with a fun frill hem, is an ode to bell bottoms, which were a symbol of the 60s. They bring a joyful vibe to any setting. The Hearts Stars Sweatshirt is another dreamy piece adorned with love and twinkle for your little one.
